Citizen Kane Its Overrated

I've heard many times that the movie Citizen Kane by Orson Welles is believed to be the best movie of American cinema ever produced. What a smart appreciation. So I assume that whoever coined such a definitive statement, went through a session of Ayahuasca far in the Amazonic jungle and managed to envision the infinite number of future movies, as well as all other movies that have been produced, and decided with her all mighty judgment, this is it: Citizen Kane. Everything after this is under my standards, I can die in peace then. I can now stop watching whatever movie comes after this one. Absolutely OVERRATED. Its a good movie, no doubt about that, but the best movie ever made? Come on.
